Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: Yes. Once an order leaves our warehouse, there is a 20% restocking fee if the order is cancelled or returned unless an RMA has been issued.

Q: Do you refund shipping once and order has shipped?
A: If an order has left our warehouse and we paid shipping, then no, we do not refund the S/H.

Q: Do you sell my information or my e-mail address information?
A: NEVER! Your information is stored on our in-house secure server and used only to send you the occasional update flyer when a new product comes out or we have a sale.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Delivery times vary depending on the items in your order. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours, but please allow up to 30 days for orders to ship if they contain smoke, CS, or 37mm ammunition.

Q: Can I pay extra to get my order moved up and shipped faster?
A: SURE! If you want to have your order moved to the top of the list, there is a $25 fee and we will move your order up on the ship list. If it contains CS items, there is no way we can speed the shipping on those items due to the nature of the item and time it takes to verify your information.
